Nasahi Panels

Nasahi Panels are designed to provide a superior wall and floor solution. It’s excellent airborne noise transmission properties result in a quieter, more comfortable home at a significantly reduced cost compared with concrete or brick.

Manufactured from lightweight steel-reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete, Nasahi Panels have a working density of 650kg/m3 making them highly resistant to chipping and damage during delivery and handling. Nasahi Panels are also thermally stable, providing long-term durability.

QUICK INSTALLATION

3 qualified tradespeople can easily install 50m2 of Nasahi® Panel per day, making it significantly faster and less labour intensive than traditional masonry.

FIRE RESISTANT

Nasahi Panels are deemed non-combustible and are compliant as party walls. Nasahi Panels have been rigorously tested and will provide a FRL of up to 120 minutes.

LIGHTWEIGHT & STRONG

Nasahi® Panels weigh less than standard concrete masonry, making it convenient, lightweight, and easy to work with. Strength is provided by corrosion protected internal steel reinforcing mesh.

THERMAL COMFORT

Nasahi® Systems achieve very high thermal ratings and easily meet the NCC climate requirements of zones in Australia.

QUIET

The Nasahi® Panel’s unique aerated construction provides the thermal performance of a lightweight system while delivering excellent acoustic performance like a dense masonry product.
